1. Do you transport part loads to and from Spain?
Yes. We can accommodate anything from a single box to a full
house removal. Please contact us
for a no-obligation quote.
2. Do I have to do my own packing or do you offer
this service?
If you have suitable packing boxes or containers you can of
course pack your own goods. We do however offer a full packing
service to all clients. This means we come to you on the day
of collection with all the boxes and wrapping materials. We
only charge for the cost of the materials used. Furniture
items are always fully export wrapped at no extra charge.
If you are packing the goods yourself you precautions MUST
be taken to ensure all breakables are packed correctly. If
in doubt, please ask a member of our staff to check the items
you have packed.
3. How much notice do I need to give you to book in
my removal?
As much notice as possible is preferable. However we will
always seek to accommodate a pick up at short notice if at
all possible. Most customers tend to give at least a months
notice.
4. How long does it take for my goods to arrive at
the destination?
We have 1-2 shipments leaving the UK each month for European
Removals. Therefore we can normally achieve fast delivery
to your address. When making contact with us, you will always
be asked when you are looking to receive your goods. At this
stage we will work with you to ensure that these dates can
be achieved.
5. Do you have insurance to cover my goods whilst
in transit?
We have full goods in transit insurance cover. Please read

When can extend cover upon request, so please state this at
the time of making a booking should you feel the cover needs
to be increased.

our premises. Please contact us for full details. Please note
that we require a copy of your Vehicle Registration document
and a letter of authorisation from the owner of the vehicle
prior to any shipment being made.
7. Do you provide me with the list of the items you
have collected?
Yes, a full written inventory is supplied to you upon collection
for you to sign off at both collection and delivery. Please

We normally charge per cubic meter. This rate varies depending

as pianos can also be charged separately if they require specialist
handling.

Firstly you need to contact us so that we can give you a quotation.
We work from a list to assess the volume.

then, if necessary, be fully export wrapped, then numbered

prior to the goods leaving the country.
If you cannot receive within 2 weeks, additional storage can
be provided. Once at your premises, we position your effects
where required and unwrap furniture.
